Prisoner Voting Ban

Our office was recently involved in the Māori Prisoners Voting Urgency. The report has been released, with the Tribunal finding that the current ban disproportionately affects Māori and is in breach of Te Tiriti. Below John Campbell and Jacinda Ardern debate the Tribunal's findings.
